Policies


Privacy
Scentfully Delightful will not share or sell your personal information to any third party.  The personal information you provide is used only to complete your order or fulfill other requests put in by you. We respect all of our wonderful customers.

 


Payment
Scentfully Delightful accepts major credit card payments via PayPal (account not required) and postal money orders.  Please make money orders payable to Angelique Clay

 

Shipping
All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.  Orders for items in stop are typically sent out within 1-3 business days. Special orders or items not in stock or orders during holiday rush will be sent out within 3-5 business days; we will notify you if this is the case. 

We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs due to errors in the shipping address.  We only ship to continental United States and APO/FPO addresses.  Items shipped or purchased within North Carolina are subject to 5% sales tax.  Customers have the option to purchase insurance if their order total is less than $150.  Insurance will automatically be added to the shipping charge for orders of $150 or more.

 

Damaged Goods 
We carefully inspect each package before it is shipped.  Scentfully Delightful is not responsible for any damage that occurs to our products during the shipping process.  If you receive a package that is broken or damaged or in a “non-acceptable” condition, please DO NOT ACCEPT it from the carrier.  Contact the carrier at 800-ASK-USPS(800-275-877) to file a claim.

Returns
A satisfied customer is our number on priority.  If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at Angel@scentfullydelightful.com within 3 days after receiving your order for authorization to return the items.  Items must be returned within 15 days of original purchase.  Please return all good in a safe, secure package.  Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return any merchandise.  We will issue a merchandise credit or a full refund (less shipping charges) within 1-2 business days of receiving your return shipment.
