What are your products made of? TOP

Candles: Soy wax, Cotton cored wicks and premium fragrance oils.

Melts: Soy wax and premium fragrance oils.

Soaps: Each type of soap has its own recipe. However some of our basic ingredients are goats milk, shea butter, coconut oil and olive oil.

How many fragrances do you have? TOP

Candles: Fourty (40) and growing.

Melts: Fourty (40) and growing.

Soaps: Twenty 20 scents and growing.

What is the most popular fragrance? TOP

How long does it take for you to make my items? TOP

Candles: If not in stock it will take 3 business days.

Melts: If not in stock it will take 2 business days.

Soaps: Always in stock if displayed on the site

Do you offer gift wrapping? TOP
Currently we do not. However in the future we may.

How long does it take for you to ship my order? TOP

All in stock items take 1-3 business days to ship. Items not in stock may take an additional 2-3 business days for creation before shipping. You will be notified upon placement of your order.

How many colors do your products come in? TOP

Our products come in many shades to cover all the colors of the rainbow. The color will match the scent of the candle. If you wish to have no added color the item will be an off white color.

Where is the product made? TOP

Scentfully Delightful products are made in my little workroom located in Henderson, North Carolina. Thanks to the growth of our business we soon plan to have a larger workroom, for me to play in as my hubby says.

What makes Scentfully Delightful unique? TOP

A lot of time and testing has gone into each of our products. I am not an over night crafter/hobbiest who is looking for a way to get rich quick. I love what I do. I stand behind all of my products.

How are your products packaged? TOP

Candles: Are poured into glass jars and topped with black lids.

Melts: Placed in a six (6) cavity, recloseable clamshell packaging.

Soaps: Individually wrapped with parchment labels as well as reclaimed corrugated wrap.

How is my order shipped? TOP

At this time we use USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation & insurance for each order. Each item is carefully packaged in recycled bubble wrap, packing peanuts and shipping tissue to ensure it’s safe arrival to you. We do our best to reuse all packaging materials that come to us with our supplies so that we are reducing harm to our environment.
